Notice under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for visitors to this site and people who write to us. The Italian version of this notice prevails in case of doubt.

Browsing this site

This site uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones, and no analytics, advertising or profiling tools. It loads no resources from other sites (fonts, scripts, videos).

The site is delivered by the Cloudflare, Inc. network, which automatically processes the technical data of requests (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to serve the pages and protect them from attacks. Cloudflare acts as data processor; the data may also be processed outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Legal basis: legitimate interest in publishing the site securely.

Requests by email

If you write to us for a trial, a quote or support, we use your address and what you tell us only to reply and, if a business relationship follows, to manage it. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and, later, performance of the contract. We keep communications for as long as needed to reply and, where there is a contract, for the periods required by tax and civil law.

Email is handled by the controller's email service provider, appointed as data processor.

The Formavista program

Formavista processes CAD models on the user's computer or on their company's server: files are not sent to the controller or to cloud services. The licence contains the customer's name and an anonymous fingerprint of the computer, provided by the customer in order to receive it.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@mmsoft.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of your country.
